Source clients by actively engaging in customer queries over the phone, marketing campaigns and networking activities.
Travel to and visit clients, attend networking events and organize meetings to understand the client needs.
Develop and update training content to ensure it is in line with the curriculum set forth by the examination bodies and/or the training program is in line with client needs.
Prepare and execute presentations for CFA/FRM trainings and/or any custom training.
Provide information sharing, demo training sessions, or workshops to prospective clients who are looking to join EDGE Education.
Actively engage with students in classroom and outside to ensure their study goals are met.
Train students in the classroom, in one-to-one sessions and/or any customized training plan.
Participate and help develop the video recorded series of all course offerings.
Keep a track of the student\xe2\x80\x99s performance and flag any issues in the student\xe2\x80\x99s development before, during and after his/her training course.
Assign tests for students to track their progress.
Counsel students to assist them in achieving their training goals.
Maintain timely email correspondence with clients and colleagues.
Attend walk-in clients for courses and attend office telephone calls.
Manage class scheduling, client complaints and assist other trainers in pre-planning of trainings.
Engage in miscellaneous activities as directed by the Managing Partner.
Report for work wearing professional business attire and maintain good hygiene.
Adhere to the Business Conduct and Ethics Policy.
Adhere to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Grooming Standards.
Adhere to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Telephone Standards.
Admin Activities
Report to the Program Counsellor regarding database management and other administrational duties.
Assist the Program Counsellor in developing course schedules.
Maintain a logbook/database file for all necessary information & daily attendance as directed by the Program Counsellor.
Assist in maintaining records of course registration, class attendance and student files.
Requirements:
CFA charterholder (highly preferred) / FRM certified
1-2 years experience in teaching
Willing to travel
Excellent fluency in English, Arabic (preferred)
Excellent communication skills- both spoken and written
Able to engage with participants, connect with them
High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
Cheerful personality, confident in approaching people
Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail is a must
Flexible and reliable- displaying great ownership in all aspects
