QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Must hold license/certification in AAPC/AHIMA
at least 2 years experience in outpatient and/or inpatient clinic in UAE
wide knowledge and understanding in Medical Center setting, ICD-10 and CPT
Has experience in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and Manual
Knowledge in care domain and scoring to determine the level of facility\'s services
Has experience in processing insurance for pre-approval, claims submission and resubmission
Vast knowledge in major insurance companies standards and regulations
Has experience in Tasneef audit, Insurance companies rules and regulations
Quality check and preparation of reports
Proficient in computer software and Microsoft applications
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Efficient and effective especially in the event that environment becomes stressful
