Job Description

We are currently seeking a

qualified and compassionate Certified Nurse

and

Home Health Aides

to provide high-quality care for an elderly patient in a home setting. This is a

live-in position

.

Responsibilities:

Skilled Nursing Services:

Daily suctioning (oral/tracheostomy - up to 2x/day; equipment provided) Wound care management Medication administration (oral, insulin, injections) Chronic condition monitoring (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.) Post-surgical recovery support

Home Health Aide Support:

Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) Mobility assistance and patient transfers Light housekeeping related to patient care

Therapy Services (If Applicable):

Physical Therapy: Strength, balance, and mobility exercises Occupational Therapy: Assistance with daily living activities Speech Therapy: Support with speech and swallowing

Care Coordination:

Regular communication with physicians and family members Scheduling appointments and facilitating access to medical and support services

Post-Hospitalization / Transitional Care:

Follow-up care and medication management after discharge

Respite Care:

Provide temporary relief and support for the primary caregiver

Requirements:

Valid Nursing Certification (RN or LPN) or relevant license Prior experience in home care or similar setting Tracheostomy and suctioning experience preferred CPR and First Aid certification Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
