About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Corporate Trainer for the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) program to deliver instructor-led training for working professionals across various industries in Abu Dhabi. This contract-based position is ideal for a subject matter expert in facilities management who is passionate about upskilling professionals and preparing them for the globally recognized IFMA CFM certification. The trainer will work closely with our training and operations teams to deliver targeted, business-relevant sessions customized for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom-based corporate training sessions at client premises or our training center in Abu Dhabi Cover all 11 IFMA CFM competency areas, including Operations & Maintenance, Risk Management, Sustainability, Leadership, and more Customize delivery according to the corporate client's industry, training goals, and participant background Guide participants through exam strategies, mock tests, and knowledge application in real-world FM contexts Maintain session records, conduct post-training evaluations, and share participant feedback Collaborate with our program team to ensure smooth execution of training schedules and reporting
Required Qualifications:

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential from IFMA (mandatory) Bachelor's degree or higher in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management roles (preferably in UAE or GCC region) Minimum 2 years of corporate or adult professional training experience Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to engage mid to senior-level professionals Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to deliver face-to-face sessions on-site Deep understanding of UAE FM regulations, industry standards, and best practices
