Ceramic Lab Technician
Job Description
Construct high-quality ceramic restorations, including crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, and implant restorations.
Layer and contour ceramic materials over metal or zirconia substructures using proper firing techniques.
Perform shade matching and characterization to achieve natural-looking esthetics.
Use digital design software (e.g., CAD/CAM) and manual techniques to ensure precision and fit.
Collaborate with dentists, prosthodontists, and other lab technicians to interpret prescriptions and clinical photos.
Inspect restorations for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Operate and maintain ceramic ovens, milling machines, and other lab equipment.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including infection control and PPE protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
