Job Summary

The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the firm's operations, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and building and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the Co-Founder will be involved in the executive search process, including identifying and engaging with potential candidates, assessing their fit, and presenting top candidates to clients.

Oversee daily operations and ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing process improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees. Drive business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand the company's reach. Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives. Provide leadership to senior management teams, ensuring effective communication of goals and expectations. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
