Description Create the business plan and establish the vision for the departmentWork closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure product development and marketing strategies align with sales objectives.Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are achieving their sales targets and provide training and support where necessaryLead investment from the organisation and help to seek more investors/partners in the market
Profile Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a global remit within the Mining SectorSolid understanding of the natural resources industry, including mining methods, drilling techniques, and environmental and safety regulationsBackground in Mining Engineering or Geology, combined with MBA is highly preferredStrong management and leadership skills
