The platform offers a range of innovative features, like Spot Trading, MT5 Trading, Derivatives

Trading, Card Crypto Purchases, OTC Leverage, Token Launchpad Services and more. Along with

these features, BitDelta users can diversify their portfolios into a variety of assets like crypto,

commodities, indices, stocks, and forex, all while using a highly secure asset custodian.

We are looking for an experienced CEO to oversee our organization\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company\xe2\x80\x99s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.

The CEO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You\xe2\x80\x99ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader.

Responsibilities

• Setting the company\'s vision and strategic direction. The CEO will be responsible for defining the company\'s long-term goals and objectives and developing a plan to achieve them.
• Overseeing the company\'s operations. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring that the company\'s operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the trading platform, customer service, and compliance functions.
• Leading the company\'s management team. The CEO will be responsible for hiring and managing the company\'s senior executives. They will also be responsible for setting the company\'s culture and values.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders. The CEO will be responsible for building relationships with the company\'s investors, customers, and regulators.
• Communicating with the public. The CEO will be responsible for representing the company to the public and communicating the company\'s message.
• Ensuring that the company\'s trading platform is secure and reliable.
• Developing and implementing trading strategies that maximize the company\'s profits.
• Managing the company\'s risk exposure.
• Staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations.
• Overseeing the company\'s compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Managing the company\'s finances and ensuring that it is profitable.
• Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the company\'s services.
• Overseeing the company\'s research and development efforts.
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
