Company Overview:Join a leading company in the field of protective painting, sandblasting, and corrosion control with a robust workforce of 800 technicians delivering services on-site and offshore. :We are seeking a visionary CEO / Managing Partner to lead and scale operations for our industrial services company specializing in corrosion protection for oil & gas infrastructure. This role will oversee the entire leadership team, drive strategic growth, and ensure excellence in both sales and service execution.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and overall management of operations and commercial functionsLead and mentor the executive and mid-level management teamsOversee project execution across offshore and onshore operationsCultivate and manage client relationships in the oil & gas sectorMonitor financial performance and drive profitabilityExpand service offerings and market reachEnsure adherence to HSE and quality standards across all operationsQualifications & Experience:Proven experience in executive leadership roles within industrial services or oil & gas sectorsDeep understanding of sandblasting, protective coatings, and corrosion control solutionsExperience of managing large technical teams (500+ personnel)Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue and operational efficiencyGCC experience
