Role Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic and accountable Center Head

to

own and operate the Bur Dubai center end-to-end

. The role requires

excellent communication and convincing skills

, strong people management, and the ability to

drive admissions, operations, and academic delivery

under one roof.

This is a

leadership + ownership role

, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities1. Center Ownership & Leadership

Take

complete responsibility for the Bur Dubai center's performance

Act as the

face of Career Launcher

for parents, students, schools, and partners Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the center

2. Admissions, Sales & Parent Handling

Lead

walk-in counselling, parent meetings, and closures

Convert leads into admissions through

strong communication and trust-building

Handle

parent escalations

professionally and confidently Meet and exceed

monthly and quarterly revenue targets

3. Team & People Management

Manage academic staff, counsellors, and support staff Monitor

faculty schedules, productivity, and quality delivery

Motivate the team and maintain high morale and discipline Ensure adherence to

Career Launcher processes and standards

4. Academic & Student Experience Oversight

Ensure

high teaching quality and student satisfaction

Track student progress, attendance, and feedback Coordinate demos, diagnostics, PTMs, and academic reviews

5. Marketing & Local Outreach

Execute

local marketing initiatives

(schools, societies, referrals, events) Support digital campaigns and lead-generation activities Build strong

local brand presence in Bur Dubai

6. Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate reports on: Admissions Revenue Leads Student retention Ensure compliance with

KHDA norms and internal policies

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication & convincing skills (mandatory)

Strong

parent-facing confidence

Leadership mindset with

high accountability

Sales orientation with ethical counselling Ability to manage pressure and targets Organized, disciplined, and process-driven

Preferred Background

3-7 years experience in: Education institutes Coaching / tuition centers School admissions / academic leadership roles Experience in

Dubai/UAE education market

preferred Exposure to

CBSE / IGCSE / IB
