Our global client has immediate requirements for experienced Cementing Specialists to start work on a 12+ month project in the United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities of the Cementing Specialist:

Responsibilities of the Cementing Specialist:
- Developing cementing plans based on well specifications, drilling data, and formation characteristics.
- Select appropriate cementing equipment and tools for the job.
- Address any issues or deviations from the plan to ensure successful cementing.
- Conduct cement bond logs and other diagnostics tests to assess the effectiveness of the cementing.
- Provide clear instructions to the rig crew during cementing operations.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working in a Cementing position.
- Applicants must have worked for a global service leader in Oil and Gas Services.
- Valid medical and COVID vaccination certificate.
- Able to effectively solve problems.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Applied knowledge of HSE practices and procedures.
Additional Information:
- This position is a day rate role, and rate be subject to knowledge and experience.
- Travel to and from the rig is organised and paid for by the client.
