The WCF Equipment Operator is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product & Service Delivery) to Customers. The WCF Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

+ Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.

+ Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.

+ Ensure individual and crew work safety.

+ Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.

+ Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.

+ Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

+ Maintain the required safety training.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related science

+ Minimum 5 years of experience working offshore

+ Able to operate cement unit, and batch mixer

+ Previous experience in bulk operations

+ Previous experience in pumping acid is a **plus point**

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

+ Fluent in written and spoken English
