Celebrity Manager for Upcoming International PR & Events Company Location: Dubai, UAE About Us: We are an upcoming International PR & Events company based in Dubai, specializing in creating unique and memorable experiences for our clients. As we prepare for our launch, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a dynamic and well-connected Celebrity Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with celebrities from India, UAE, US, and UK, including actors, actresses, models, influencers, YouTubers, and other high-profile personalities.
- Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts within the entertainment industry across multiple regions.
- Liaise with talent agencies, publicists, and representatives globally to secure celebrity appearances and endorsements for company events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute innovative ways to incorporate celebrities into event concepts.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations with celebrities.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in celebrity management, talent acquisition, or a related field within the entertainment industry.
- Exceptional networking skills with a robust roster of contacts in India, UAE, US, and UK entertainment sectors.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for creating exceptional event experiences and staying updated with industry trends.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in handling contracts, budgets, and legal aspects related to celebrity management.
