Must be skilled or specialized in preparing a wide variety of dishes from various international cuisines
Assisting with menu planning, developing new dishes, and creating specials.
Overseeing specific kitchen section, ensuring all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
Directing and training junior kitchen staff, such as Commis chefs and Demi-Chef de Parties (DCDP).
Setting up and cleaning their assigned station (e.g., grill, saucier, pastry), managing equipment, and ensuring readiness for service.
Monitoring stock levels, managing portion control, and minimizing wastage to maintain food cost targets.
Salary: AED5,000 plus food and accommodation provided by company
