CDP / DCDP & COMMIS CHEF - COLD KITCHEN required urgently for a reputed Five Star Luxury Hotel in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualified.
- Min. 2 years' experience in similar role with reputed Star Hotels / fine dining restaurants - in Cold Kitchen, Continental cuisines.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
