We are looking for a talented
Chef de Partie - Bakery & Pastry
to join our team in Muscat. If you have hands-on experience in bakery and pastry production and are passionate about creating quality, consistent products, we'd love to meet you.
Priority will be given to candidates with Gulf experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and present bakery and pastry items according to standards.
Assist in developing new dessert and bakery recipes.
Ensure all food is prepared according to hygiene and safety standards.
Manage your section efficiently, ensuring consistent quality and portion control.
Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and minimize wastage.
Support junior staff and maintain smooth workflow in the kitchen.
Work closely with the Head Chef to meet operational needs and menu requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery & pastry section at all times.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in bakery & pastry.
Immediate joiner
preferred.
Gulf experience is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, pastries, desserts, and baking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
