Manage your own section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saute, pastry, etc..).
Prepare and present dishes according to the menu and recipe specifications.
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist with inventory.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
Collaborate with the team during busy service times and ensure timely execution.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a CDP or strong experience as a Demi Chef.
Culinary qualification or relevant training.
A solid understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
