Key Responsibilities:
Perform outbound calls to customers to obtain or update CDD/EDD information and documentation in line with compliance standards.Capture and authorize customer data accurately in the Bank's core and archiving systems to ensure data integrity.
Review system data to confirm completeness and consistency with required CDD/EDD documentation.
Track outstanding remediation cases and follow up with customers and internal teams to achieve timely closure.
Liaise with compliance and operations teams to address CDD/EDD-related gaps and ensure process alignment.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and remediation progress to support audits and reporting.
Assist the Team Leader in project coordination and deliverables to ensure compliance objectives are met.
All the above accountabilities included but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Education required
High School Diploma/Intermediate or bachelor's degree in management, Banking, or Finance
Work Experience
(Please specify minimum number of years and the field in which experience is required)
Minimum of 3 months of work experience
Specified area / field of experience (if required)
Good communication skills English (Arabic preferred).
Foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance and due diligence processes.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
