WE ARE HIRING - CASE SUPERVISOR /BCaBA / BCBA WITH CDA LICENSED

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

:
? Provide Case Supervision to school-based clients
? Conduct observations, behavioral assessment, and data analysis
? Develop treatment and intervention plans and maintain student programs ? Implement ethical and effective research-based interventions, with a focus on compassionate care, skill based treatments, pairing, positive reinforcement, and communication strategies
? Supervise and provide training to Behavior Technician/LSAs
? Review Therapist-Parent Communications
? Provide training to parents, teachers, as needed
? Maintain documentation for: Client Assessment, Treatment Plans, Progress Reports, IEPs, Student Information; RBT/LSA Supervision; and Communication with school/parents
? Report to the Program Director on a weekly basis (case review, progress updates, clinical guidance, etc.)Daily Classroom Management:
? Coordinate daily classroom operations, including: Therapist/Student Weekly Rota Student Inclusion Schedules; SLP/OT sessions; Pick-up/Drop-off times, etc.
? Be available from 7:00am to coordinate any Therapist substitutions
? Participate in IEP mtgs and collaborate with School SEN, Teachers, etc
? Coordinate Field Trips ? Maintain system for purchases of classroom materials
Minimum Qualifications
? Certified as BCBA or BCaBA, or equivalentExperience
? 2yrs+ experience working in the field of ASD, SEN, Behavior Analysis
? 2yrs+ experience working in the UAE preferredCompetencies
? Must have excellent spoken, and written English skills
