Smart Line Information Technology is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

CCTV Technician

to join our growing team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, as well as troubleshooting security camera hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related security equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on CCTV systems. Diagnose and repair faults in camera systems, DVR/NVR units, cabling, and power supply units. Run cables, mount cameras, and ensure proper alignment and functionality. Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and customer requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system usage and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and installation documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CCTV technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of analog and IP CCTV systems, DVR/NVR configuration, and networking basics. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if required. Good communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience (preferred).
