Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
CCTV Technician
with expertise instructured cabling, fiber optics, and CCTV systems
for a 1-month project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of cabling infrastructure, ensuring high-quality and reliable system performance.Key Responsibilities:
Install, terminate, and test
CAT6 and fiber optic cables
using industry-standard tools (e.g.,Fluke testers, OTDR, power meters
). Performfiber splicing, termination, and testing
(OTDR and power meter). Handlecable pulling, patching, and troubleshooting
for CCTV and network systems. Install and configurepatch panels, racks, and PDUs
. Set up and troubleshootCCTV cameras
and associated cabling. Conductcable tracing
and maintain accuratedocumentation
of installations.Requirements:
Proven experience in
structured cabling (CAT6/fiber)
and CCTV systems. Proficiency withFluke testers, OTDR, and power meters
for fiber testing. Ability to performfiber splicing, termination, and cable certification
. Strong troubleshooting skills for cabling and CCTV issues. Familiarity withpatch panels, racks, and PDUs
. Attention to detail incable management and documentation
