Job Summary :

We are seeking a responsible and attentive CCTV Security Operator to monitor and manage surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees and visitors .The ideal canditate will have strong observation skills ,attention to detail and experience with security monitoring systems .

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify unusual or suspicious activities . Report incidents and security breaches promptly to the relevant department or supervisor . Maintain detailed logs and prepare incident reports as required. Ensure CCTV equipment and recording systems are functioning properly ,report faults immediately . Assist security and safety teams in investigations by providing footage or relevant information. Follow company policies ,procedures and confidently standards at all times . Support access control and site security operations when needed .

Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as CCTV OPERATOR ,SECURITY OFFICER ,or similar role preferred . Basic understanding of surveillance systems and security procedures . Good communication and reporting skills . Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for extended periods . Flexible to work shifts ,including nights ,weekends and holidays . SIRA certification (preferred )
