We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented
CCTV Operator
to monitor and manage surveillance systems in accordance with SIRA regulations. The ideal candidate must hold a validSIRA CCTV Operator License
and be experienced in identifying, reporting, and responding to suspicious activities. Immediate joiners are preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect and prevent security breaches Operate and manage the entire surveillance system, ensuring all cameras are functional Identify unusual or suspicious activity and report immediately to the Security Supervisor or Control Room Maintain logs of all incidents and prepare shift-wise reports Assist law enforcement or management with video evidence when required Ensure CCTV footage is stored securely and retrieved as per company policy Perform routine system checks and coordinate with technical support for maintenance issues Adhere strictly to privacy, safety, and SIRA compliance guidelines
Requirements:
Valid
SIRA CCTV Operator License
(mandatory) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or control room operations Familiarity with surveillance equipment and video management software (VMS) Good observation and analytical skills Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts Conversational EnglishJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
