Job Summary

We are seeking a

vigilant and professional CCTV Operator

to join our Security Control Room in Dubai. As the central eyes of our security operation, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the continuous safety and security of people, property, and assets.

This role requires extreme focus, immediate response capabilities, and strict adherence to protocol.

Qualifications (Required)

To be considered for this position, candidates

must

meet the following criteria:

SIRA-certified CCTV Operator license (Mandatory).

Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent. Proven ability to maintain

alertness and attention

throughout long, rotational shifts. Good command of the English language (verbal and written) for clear communication. Physically fit and mentally alert for control room operations.
Key Responsibilities

The CCTV Operator is the first line of defense. Your day-to-day duties will involve:

Surveillance:

Monitor live

CCTV footage

and alarm systems from multiple locations within the control room environment.

Incident Detection:

Proactively

detect and identify

suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or security breaches.

Rapid Response:

Communicate incidents clearly and

promptly

to on-ground security teams, law enforcement, or emergency services as per protocol.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive,

detailed logs

and incident reports, and securely manage digital video records for internal and legal use.

System Integrity:

Ensure all CCTV, access control, and associated surveillance equipment is

functioning properly

; report faults immediately.

Evidence Handling:

Assist in the retrieval and secure handling of video footage for investigations, audits, or upon authorized request.

Compliance:

Strictly follow all

SIRA guidelines

, internal security protocols, and data protection standards. Participate in routine security drills and mandatory training sessions. Maintain absolute

confidentiality

of all sensitive information.
Skills & Experience

Required

Familiarity with operating both

digital and analog CCTV systems

, Video Management Software (VMS), and access control tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to

multitask effectively

under pressure.
Preferred (Assets)

Prior experience in a high-security or high-traffic environment in the UAE (e.g., hotels, malls, residential compounds, or large commercial buildings). Basic working knowledge of

emergency response

and incident management procedures. Strong integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive data and situations.
