Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious or unauthorized activities. Maintain continuous surveillance of assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment. Coordinate with the security team and emergency services in case of incidents. Record and document security incidents and maintain daily activity logs. Ensure CCTV systems are functioning correctly; report any technical issues to the relevant department. Follow SIRA and local UAE regulations, privacy laws, and company policies. Assist in investigations by providing recorded footage when required. Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms, intrusions, or unauthorized access. Maintain confidentiality and handle all footage/data with discretion.
Requirements:
Valid SIRA CCTV Operator License High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role Familiarity with modern CCTV systems and surveillance technology Strong observational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills in English
