We are currently seeking a diligent and observant individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator. This role is integral in monitoring and maintaining security surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies.
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas and monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
Operate and control CCTV cameras, recording devices, and other security equipment to capture and document security incidents and activities.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of security footage, incidents, and observations, preparing reports as needed for review by management or law enforcement.
Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders to address security incidents, disturbances, or alarms.
Respond to alarms, alerts, and emergency calls in a timely and effective manner, following established protocols and procedures for emergency response and crisis management.
Conduct routine maintenance and testing of CCTV equipment and security systems to ensure proper functioning and performance.
Assist with investigations, including reviewing security footage, providing evidence, and cooperating with law enforcement agencies as needed.
Stay informed about security threats, trends, and best practices to enhance security measures and prevent security breaches.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and security-related matters.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security management or CCTV operation is a plus.
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, security guard, or related role preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills, with the ability to detect and respond to security threats and suspicious activities.
Proficiency in operating CCTV cameras, monitoring systems, and related security equipment.
Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and monitor screens for extended periods.
