Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage CCTV systems to ensure security and safety.
Respond to security incidents and escalate when necessary.
Perform routine system checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Maintain accurate records of security and IT incidents.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in IT support.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, troubleshooting, and IT fundamentals.
Proficiency in
