Floorworld is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented

CCTV Operative

to monitor the daily running of our showrooms across the UAE and Oman. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by overseeing customer counts, identifying in-store issues, and monitoring staff activity to maintain high standards of service and security.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV footage from all Floorworld showrooms. Track and record daily

customer counts

for each showroom. Identify and report any issues within the showrooms, including operational concerns, safety risks, or suspicious activity. Observe and report on staff conduct to ensure company policies and customer service standards are upheld. Prepare and submit daily monitoring reports to management using

Excel

. Maintain accurate logs and data for management review. Escalate urgent matters immediately to the relevant department (security, operations, HR, or showroom management). Assist management in reviewing recorded footage when required for investigations.
Requirements

Previous experience in a CCTV monitoring or security operations role preferred. Strong observation skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain focused for extended periods of time. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

(data entry, basic formulas, and reporting). Basic IT knowledge to operate CCTV software and reporting tools. High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
