DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network requirements for various projects
• Ensure network security protocols are in place and adhered to
• Perform regular network monitoring, testing, and optimization
• Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5-7 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
• Understanding of network switching concepts (e.g., Ethernet, VLANs, and network redundancy techniques).
• Familiarity with secure network technologies and traffic management (e.g., VPNs, MPLS, QoS).
• Ability to analyze network traffic using tools like packet analyzers.
• Understanding of application layer protocols (e.g., SNMP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with logging and monitoring protocols.
• Knowledge of network security practices and technologies (e.g., encryption, firewalls, and DDoS mitigation).
• Proficiency in working with Unix/Linux-based systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols and related technologies.
• Understanding of high-availability and network redundancy techniques.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry certifications or equivalent training.
