Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

CCTV Monitoring & Branch Compliance Officer

to oversee daily surveillance checks, ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, and monitor branch opening/closing compliance across all locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting issues, maintaining video storage integrity, and supporting HR and management in branch performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

daily checks

on all CCTV cameras across multiple branches. Ensure all cameras are

functioning, recording properly

, and maintain

minimum 3-month footage storage

. Prepare and submit a

monthly report

to HR detailing branch opening and closing deviations. Immediately report any faulty, offline, or non-recording cameras. Maintain accurate records of branch timing schedules. Coordinate with IT/technical teams to resolve CCTV or system issues. Ensure compliance with internal security and operational standards. Focus exclusively on CCTV and compliance tasks (no unrelated duties).

Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Basic computer skills (Excel & reporting). Previous experience in security monitoring or compliance is an advantage.
