Job Purpose and Summary

• This role will work alongside the BU Sales, Marketing, Finance, Biz ops and DRBG Marketing Team to give full support to BU sales and Marketing achievements.
• BU Marketing Manager will develop & initiate all BU marketing requirements in line with the business objectives.
• Lead the fulfillment of all required actions to maintain profitability of the product categories and BU.
• Elaborate, Execute & Assess Budgeting process, P&L monitoring in close collaboration with Finance team for BU.
• Liaise with DRBG BDM\xe2\x80\x99s to get the necessary approvals & alignment to proceed with the activities and actions required for BU.

• Defines and executes marketing campaigns leading 360-degree planning & execution along with PM team and Trade Marketing team.
• Define KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for actions in line with the business strategy for Product , Demand planning and Trade Marketing teams.
• Responsible for maintaining profitability and P&L management of BU.
• Responsible for Demand planning integration and management.
• Responsible for BU event management, liaise with Sales team in implementation of all activities.
• Responsible for PR (in liaison in CCMS) & product reviews management.
• Will lead the management of Product Marketing , Demand planning and Trade marketing team.
• Budget planning in liaison with PM & Sales, spend monitoring &control management.
• Closely work with functions to ensure smooth operation and support to BU Marketing.
• Liaison with DBRG HQ and Central Marketing team .

Previous Experience and Education:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Superior communication in written and spoken English (Essential), Arabic and French an advantage.
• Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point (Essential).
