Job Description
We are a hospitality staffing agency looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Staff provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing staff to events in Fujairah, UAE, and earning commission based on their performance. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months Ability to commute/relocate:
- Have a database of casual staff members and be able to deploy them to events as directed
- Coordinate with the agency to ensure smooth operation of events
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and staff members
- Meet targets and earn commission based on the number of staff deployed
- Must have database of casual workers in Fujairah
- Proven experience as a Staff provider or similar role
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and event management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on a commission-based salary
Contract length: 12 months Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have database of casual workers in Fujairah?
