Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee the entire spectrum of our catering operations, from business development to on-field management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: 1. **Business Development:** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships to drive catering sales growth. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the company\'s catering brand presence. 2. **Client Relationship Management:** - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the catering process. - Collaborate with clients to customize catering packages, menus, and services to meet their specific requirements. 3. **Operational Oversight:** - Manage end-to-end catering operations, including logistics, staffing, and execution of events. - Ensure seamless coordination with kitchen staff, delivery teams, and other relevant departments to guarantee the successful execution of catering events. 4. **Financial Management:** - Develop and manage catering budgets, pricing strategies, and cost controls to optimize profitability. - Monitor financial performance and implement adjustments as needed to achieve revenue and profit targets. 5. **Team Leadership:** - Lead and inspire a high-performing catering team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity. 6. **Quality Assurance:** - Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery to exceed customer expectations. - Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in all catering operations. 7. **Compliance and Safety:** - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines. - Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene practices to guarantee the well-being of both staff and clients. 8. **Reporting and Analysis:** - Generate regular reports on catering performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement. - Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications: - Proven experience in catering management, with a track record of successful business development. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
