Minimum 7 years of experience in catering management, bulk catering, and F&B or banquet operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all catering and large-scale event operations.
Coordinate with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
Monitor food quality and maintain health and safety standards.
Manage resources, inventory, and budget to ensure smooth operations.
