Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B and B2C catering sales and meet revenue targets. Develop new corporate and private clients.
Manage client communication, proposals, and negotiations. Oversee planning and execution of on-site and off-site events.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and marketing teams. Monitor budgets, profitability, and performance KPIs.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or events sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Experience with family, children's, or lifestyle events is a plus.
Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
