Job Description

The Catering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing catering operations for events and daily services. This role ensures high-quality food service, excellent customer satisfaction, effective staff management, and adherence to budget, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, coordinate, and manage catering services for events, meetings, and functions Meet with clients to understand event requirements, menus, budgets, and timelines Develop menus in coordination with chefs and kitchen staff Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service standards Manage catering staff, including scheduling, training, and supervision Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare reports Handle client feedback, complaints, and service improvements Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff

Requirements & Skills:



Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events Customer-focused mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education & Experience:



Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Relevant catering or hospitality experience required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
