We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Catering Manager
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in
managing executive-class menus, staff, and catering operations
. The role requires planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of food service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage labor, food, and menu for executive-level catering
Supervise catering staff and kitchen operations
Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained
Control budget and cost-efficiency in all catering functions
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP)
Consult with clients to understand catering needs and expectations
Oversee food production methods and service management
Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination
Motivate and train staff for performance excellence
