Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day catering and banqueting operations
Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events and functions
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
Supervise catering staff and ensure service standards are met
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory
Conduct site visits and oversee off-site catering events
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Catering Manager or Banqueting Manager
Strong knowledge of catering and banquet operations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
