Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, client relations, and team leadership, with proven experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for corporate, private, and large-scale events
Manage food preparation, presentation, and delivery to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene
Supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and logistics personnel
Develop menus in collaboration with chefs, tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements
Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and company policies
Handle client inquiries, quotations, and contracts professionally
Maintain budgetary control and optimize cost-efficiency
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of catering management experience in Abu Dhabi
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene standards
Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable not mandatory.
Valid UAE driving license preferred

Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings based on event requirements
On-site and off-site event coordination
