Key Responsibilities

Lead the Fashion & Wellness category -- covering jewelry, watches, perfumes, garments, toys, and mother-care products. Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility. Manage product selection, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners. Oversee inventory planning, stock health, and pricing optimization. Collaborate closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver compelling campaigns.
Requirements

3-6 years of experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or wellness category (retail, distribution, or eCommerce). UAE market experience is mandatory. Strong understanding of luxury and mid-tier fashion trends in the region. Proven ability to manage multiple sub-categories (jewelry, perfumes, toys, apparel, etc.). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand positioning. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
