Cataract Procedure Manager Jeddah
Job Description
The Cataract Procedure Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing sustainable cataract brand positioning across the region. The main responsabilities are :
Promoting cataract consumables and IOLs and creating leads for surgical equipment in Riyad and central region.
Developing action plans to achieve defined KPIs for each account (by regular OR presence, demos of products, supporting marketing activities as well as product launches).
Responsible for monofocal IOLs business and / Trifocal IOLs, and work closely with ATM & CEM for Drs. clinical and training development required to support cataract segment for his region.
Ensuring technical excellence in support of new and ongoing external and internal training of Alcon devices, particularly for PHACO equipment.
Fostering collaborative relationships for customer problem solving with Safety and Technical Services
Consistently act in accordance with SOPs and medical device regulatory environment aligning with Alcon global compliance and ethics guidelines.
Requirements :
3 years of experience minimum.
Education : Bioengineering, optometry or any related medical field.
Languages : Arabic and english.
This role is open for saudi citizens.
