Summary

:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Catalogue Executive to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate product listing and catalog management on our website and marketplaces. Strong Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of electronic products are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

:

Create, update, and manage product listings on the website and other e-commerce platforms. Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and stock levels. Ensure all listings are accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the brand guidelines. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for new product intake and inventory updates. Maintain and manage product data in Excel sheets with high accuracy. Categorize products appropriately for improved searchability and user experience. Monitor and audit live listings regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy. Troubleshoot listing issues and work with IT/technical teams if needed. Track competitor pricing and suggest improvements in product positioning. Assist in bulk uploads and maintain product master data.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in e-commerce catalogue/product listing (1-3 years preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning). Good knowledge of electronics products (mobiles, gadgets, home appliances, etc.). Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom CMS). Basic understanding of SEO and digital content standards. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with marketplace listings (Amazon, Noon, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of product photography requirements. Basic image editing skills is an advantage.
