Catalog Maker / Book Binder,
who has proven experience in catalog or book binding related or similar to Curtain & Blinds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and Operating machines.
Catalog Maker / Book Binder - Job Responsibilitie

1. Catalog Preparation
Design, compile, and assemble product catalogs, manuals, or booklets.
Arrange pages in correct order according to layout or client specifications.
Operate cutting, folding, and laminating machines as required.
Ensure accurate labeling, numbering, and finishing of catalog pages.
2. Book Binding Tasks
Bind printed materials using manual or automated binding machines (e.g., perfect binding, spiral binding, stapling, or stitching).
Trim and align books to maintain uniform size and clean edges.
Attach covers, spines, and protective sheets securely.
Inspect bound materials for quality, accuracy, and durability.
3. Quality Control
Check printed materials for errors, misprints, or missing pages before binding.
Maintain consistent quality and neatness in all finished products.
Ensure all catalogs meet company or customer standards.
4. Equipment Maintenance
Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot binding and cutting machines.
Report any malfunction or need for repair to the supervisor.
5. Material Handling
Manage inventory of binding materials (covers, glue, rings, etc.).
Request replenishment of supplies when stock is low.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Record daily production details (quantity, time, material used).
Follow work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
7. Safety and Housekeeping
Follow all safety procedures when operating machines.
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards
