About the Role:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented

Presenter Coordinator

to manage and coordinate presenters across multiple projects, shoots, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to ensure presenters are scheduled, briefed, and ready to perform at their best on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all presenter-related activities for shoots, campaigns, and events. Schedule presenters according to project timelines, availability, and client requirements. Handle

time and date allocations

, ensuring smooth shoot-day operations. Manage

costume allocations

, ensuring each presenter is styled appropriately as per the brief. Communicate all necessary details call times, scripts, brand tone, and appearance expectations to presenters before every assignment. Ensure presenters maintain

professional appearance, punctuality, and performance standards.

Act as the

main point of contact

between presenters, production teams, and project leads. Negotiate presenter rates and handle payments in coordination with the accounts team. Maintain a database of presenters, including portfolios, availability, and payment status. Resolve last-minute changes or conflicts efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.
Support creative and production teams in selecting the right presenters for each campaign.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Presenter Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or similar role in media, events, or production. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills.

Strong

organizational and time-management

abilities. Attention to detail with a professional, people-first attitude. Ability to multitask and handle multiple presenters/projects simultaneously. Confident in handling payments, contracts, and logistical arrangements. Basic understanding of on-camera presentation, styling, and production timelines is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Experience working in a production house, agency, or influencer management setup is a plus. Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Malayalam is a plus).
