Casino Manager
to lead the charge as we establish and scale this product from the ground up.
About the Role
As our Casino Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance and direction of our brand new casino product. This is a "best of both worlds" role: you will define the standards for player engagement and delivering a market-leading gaming experience while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day execution of game launches, P&L management, and cross-functional alignment.
This role offers a rare opportunity to relocate to Brisbane, Australia and truly own and shape a vertical at Picklebet, connecting senior strategy with successful commercial delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Commercial & P&L Management
Take operational ownership of the Casino P&L; monitor revenue, promotional costs, and GGR performance to ensure targets are achieved and spend is optimized.
Deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights to guide optimization and inform leadership decisions.
Stay informed on industry trends, player preferences, and competitor activity to support data-driven decision-making.
Product & Portfolio Operations
Oversee the end-to-end Casino offering, from provider / game selection and approvals to performance reviews, to ensure a strong, engaging portfolio.
Act as a key contact for game suppliers and platform partners, working with CEO/COO/CCO to help advise and manage commercial negotiations and ongoing relationships.
Marketing & CRM Execution
Define operational requirements for CRM and Marketing teams, providing input into the planning and execution of campaigns to maximize player engagement and retention.
Ensure the delivery of a market-leading digital wagering experience across all touchpoints.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor members of the Casino Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery across all Casino initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 3-5+ years in the online gaming industry, specifically within Casino operations, product, or commercial roles. At least 1-2 years of people management experience is required.
Relocation: The ability and willingness to relocate to Brisbane, Australia within 12 months.
Commercial Mindset: Solid understanding of Casino revenue drivers, bonus efficiency, and GGR optimization.
Casino Product Expertise: Strong grasp of Casino content, player behavior, incentives and portfolio management.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and player insights to guide strategy.
Proactive Leadership: A hands-on leader who can build strong relationships and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
