Job Description

Cashtrans Driver - SIRA

POSITION PURPOSE:

To safely and securely drive Cash in Transit armoured and soft vehicles as per business requirements. Ensure vans are secure and parked properly during the operations execution and after the shift. Ensure van heath checks are conducted in the morning before the start of trip.

B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Carefully drive the vehicle along the designated route assigned to the team.
Perform servicing and engine tune-ups regularly as instructed by the fleet team.
Ensure the safety and functionality of the vehicle\'s security system on a daily basis.
Obey all traffic laws and limits.
Ensure that cash in transit and other valuable items are secure and in good condition while in transit.
Safely park the van closest to the customer location for service execution
Promptly report company vehicle malfunctions and any sudden or emergency incident.
Ensure the vehicle is attended at all times.
Foster harmonious professional working relationship with co-employees.
Ensure the safety of cash in transit in accordance with SIRA/PSBD policies.
Perform ad hoc assignments as requested by the immediate line of authority.
