We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waitress/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, handle billing and cash transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner
Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy
Process customer bills, handle cash, and operate POS systems
Ensure tables, counters, and service areas are clean and organized
Assist with packaging take-away orders and upselling menu items
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback politely
Follow company policies, health, and safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress/cashier or in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
