Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and personable Cashier/Waiter to join our team. In this combined role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

Waiter Duties:

Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet quality standards. Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and handle special requests. Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals, preparing them for new customers. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including service stations and utensils.

Cashier Duties:

Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, providing correct change and receipts. Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy. Address and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions. Provide excellent customer service during payment processing, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
