Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls and manage inbound customer inquiries
Promote and sell company products, services, and special offers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Handle objections professionally and successfully close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details
Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance standards
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
Requirements & Skills
Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities
Clear, confident, and professional speaking skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Basic computer skills (MS Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus)
Ability to work under targets and performance-based goals
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in tele sales, telecalling, sales, or customer service
Experience in lead generation and closing sales over the phone
