Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems. Accurate Processing of Branch Orders to Production Department using our SYSTEM Processing of Wastage Reports Handle cash, card, and digital wallet transactions (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.). Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper cash drawer balancing at shift start and end. Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service. Coordinate with serving/kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and customer waiting area. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE consumer protection standards. Report any discrepancies, system issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor. Upsell menu items or promotions when applicable.

Requirements: Education & Experience

Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service Experience using modern POS systems

Skills

Strong

numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in

English

or other languages is a plus. Customer-service driven with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy.

Must be currently in the UAE. Must have valid

UAE work eligibility

(employment visa, spouse visa, or visit visa with willingness to transfer). Willing to work

weekends, holidays, and shift schedules
